          Do you have low energy?  Is your body aching?  Do you feel weak?  Is it getting harder to pick up things off the floor?  Are you forgetting things?  Are you less focused than before?  These are common ailments associate with the “golden years”.  You can accept this fate or you can choose to do something about it.  Everyone gets old but how fast the aging process occurs, and the physical shape you are in, can be challenged by living a healthy active lifestyle.
          The Kenjute Seniors Defence Fit Program (ages 55+) is an activity specifically designed to improve strength, cardio, flexibility, and focus through a number of different exercises and routines.  As an added bonus, you will learn some realistic self-defence skills too.  The nice thing is that you don’t have to “figure it out by yourself” because all of the classes are led by a certified instructor.  Have you checked out the cost of a personal trainer at a gym lately?  This is a WAY BETTER DEAL.  It’s safe, exciting, interesting, and fun.  Furthermore, it is also an opportunity to get out of the house and socialize with new friends and neighbours.  At the end of each class, feel free to enjoy some refreshments on us as you socialize with classmates.  This is a (WKF Affiliate School Optional Program).
